Lofoten Gravet Salmon

Lofoten Gravet Salmon is made according to a traditional recipe at our smokehouse in Lofoten. The unique taste comes from the choice of the best ingredients, the craftsmanship and expertise of several generations of fish and seafood experts. We only use fresh, Norwegian salmon of the highest quality, which is coated with salt mixed with sugar and seasoned with dill and pepper before being refrigerated for marinating. The result is a characteristic, juicy and flavorful grilled salmon. When you choose Lofoten Gravet Salmon, you are, in other words, choosing a specialty from Lofoten.

The unique resealable packaging means that you can open and close the packages more easily without having to use an extra plastic bag. This is how we reduce the use of plastic together.
