The original Lofoten burger is made at our factory in Lofoten, right by the sea.

Lofotburger with cod and pollock is a tasty and juicy fish burger made with coarsely chopped fish fillet.

With Lofotburger on the table you get a good, healthy and quick fish dinner!

Lofoten burger with cod and pollock contains 86% fish. The fish burger has an oval shape and a unit weight of approx. 125 g. The texture of the burger is rough with clear pieces of cod and pollock fillet that provide a great taste. We have replaced milk and butter with rice milk and olive oil,

so that the fish burger can also be enjoyed by those who are lactose intolerant. Lofotburger with cod and pollock is very rich in flavor with a clear hint of olive oil. The product is fried in rapeseed oil, quickly cooled and packed in a protective atmosphere. The product is manufactured at our factory in Lofoten and is made from fish from the North-East Atlantic.

Ingredients:

Fish* 86% (haddock 31%, cod 22%, white salmon 20%, pollock 13%), rice milk (water, rice, sunflower oil, oat fibre), potato flour, Spanish olive oil, onion, potato flakes, Dijon mustard, garlic, nutmeg, salt, white pepper, celery salt, consistency agent (carrageenan), dextrose. Fried in rapeseed oil. Since the burger is coarse meat, there may be bones. *Catching zone: Northeast Atlantic Ocean.
